1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over INR 10000. For orders under 10000, Itemwise flat rates will be applicable. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Carriers
- We use a variety of shipping carriers including [Blue Dart, Professional Couriers, Mark courier, Indian Post Service, Delivery], depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please make sure you give the working email id as well as mobile contact name & number to update our delivery partners.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Comfortia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Restrictions

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at works@intermarket.co.in We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and share pictures of damaged material at works@intermarket.co.in.

- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at works@intermarket.co.in within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.
