1. Overview

We strive to provide the best quality textiles and customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return
  • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

3. Process

    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at works@intermarket.co.in to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
    3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any free gifts received with your purchase. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within [7-10] business days. The credit will appear on your account depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No Exchange possible for After Purchase Change of Mind, Not liking the color, design or the product itself. You may contact our customer service team at works@intermarket.co.in
